Hail replacement on a 2012 two-story
Golf ball hail bruised every slope and dented the gutters. We documented the damage, met the adjuster and replaced the roof and gutters under one claim.

Beaverdale brick with two old layers
Two layers of shingles were hiding soft decking at the eaves. We replaced the bad boards, added ice and water shield and rebuilt the chimney flashing.

Ventilation fix for an overheating attic
Insulation was blocking the soffits and the attic hit 140°F in July. Balanced intake and exhaust brought it down and stopped the winter frost on the nails.

Fiber cement siding and 6 inch gutters
Hail-cracked vinyl was replaced with fiber cement in a deeper color, and the undersized gutters were upgraded so the new siding stays clean.

Water stains around a skylight traced back to failed step flashing. We reflashed it and matched the surrounding shingles.
